How does the secure one-time link work?
Each applicant receives a unique, time-bound link connected to the application. Once used, it cannot be reused.
Can applicants decline and provide a reason?
Yes. Decline flows can capture structured reasons (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect model, not delivered) and trigger automaticalily operational tasks (returns, re-shipment, support ticket with vendor).
What does “deemed acceptance” mean?
If the applicant doesn't respond within a configurable period (e.g., 7 days), the system marks the item as accepted. This event is recorded in the audit timeline with timestamp and policy reference.
Do you support parcel delivery triggers?
Yes. We integrate with most major parcel carriers to send the acceptance email after delivery confirmation (e.g., delivered scan). This enables a seamless experience.
Is the acceptance legally valid?
